Welcome to Nabatat Al-Hayat Agricultural Establishment. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services or engaging with us. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Service

Nabatat Al-Hayat Establishment provides garden design and landscaping services, installation of natural and artificial grass, random stone installation, installation of waterfalls and fountains, as well as the installation of shades, fences, pergolas, and other outdoor-related services. The establishment reserves the right to modify or update its services at any time without prior notice.

2. Service Request and Execution

  • The project details are agreed upon with the client, including the type of service, materials used, cost, and execution timeframe.

  • Execution work begins after the contract is signed or the quotation is approved.

  • Project execution may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or material shortages, and the client will be informed accordingly.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are subject to prior agreement between the establishment and the client, and are determined based on the project requirements.

  • A portion of the amount is paid as an advance before work begins, and the remaining payments are agreed upon in the contrac

  • In the event of a payment delay, the establishment reserves the right to suspend the work until all dues are settled.

4. Modifications and Cancellations

  • Any request to modify the project after execution has begun is subject to approval and may affect the cost and timeline.

  • In the event that the project is canceled after work has begun, cancellation fees will be applied based on the agreed-upon completion percentage.

5. Warranty and Liability

  • The establishment provides a warranty on the quality of the materials used and their installation in accordance with the contract specifications.

  • The establishment is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the client’s misuse of the services or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

  • The establishment is not liable for execution delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All designs and drawings provided to the client remain the intellectual property of Nabatat Al-Hayat Establishment and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Privacy

  • We are committed to protecting clients’ data and will not share it with third parties except with the client’s consent or as required by law.

8. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • In the event of any dispute, it shall be resolved amicably first, and if an amicable resolution is not possible, the competent courts within the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction.
